1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All artworks and prints remain the intellectual property of Hannah Campion. No reproduction or redistribution is permitted without written consent.

2. Product Information

All prints are produced to order using archival-quality materials via our specialist fine art print partner.

Every effort has been made to display colours and details accurately. However, colours may vary slightly between digital screens and the final printed artwork. Variations in brightness, tone and contrast are normal and do not constitute a fault.

Please review dimensions carefully before placing your order.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

As the studio is not VAT registered, VAT is not added at checkout.

Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Shipping

All prints are made to order and typically dispatched within 3–7 working days.

UK orders are shipped via tracked delivery. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the print.

5. Returns & Refunds

All prints are made to order specifically for you.

Under UK consumer law, goods made to a customer’s specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or events outside our control.

7.Original Artworks

Original artworks are available by enquiry.

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a sale. A sale is confirmed only once payment has been received and acknowledged in writing.

Details regarding payment terms, shipping, insurance and installation (where relevant) will be agreed individually prior to dispatch.

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are considered final once payment has been made, except in cases where the work arrives damaged or is not as described.

If an artwork arrives damaged, notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Where applicable, artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist and may not be reproduced without permission.
